| Initial Consultation including face to face assessment (1 hour), written summary and recommendations | $380.00 |
| Therapy Session (charged at 1 hour – includes 45-minute face to face, planning, note taking, resources, communications) | $190.00 |
| NDIS Progress Report | $380.00 |
| Standardised Assessment including report (completed over 2 x 45-minute sessions) | $760.00 |
| NDIS Functional Report (8-10 hours) | $1,520.00 to $1,900.00 (depending on needs) |
| Pair sessions (45 mins) | $100.00 per person |
| Early Learning Group Session (1 hour) | $45.00 (cost per session, charged per term) |
| School Readiness (1.5-hour x 8 weeks) | $80 per sessionTotal: $800.00 (charged per term) |
| Travel – for mobile services only | $1.00 per km (please contact us for a quote). Time spent travelling to the Client’s location and return to the clinic will be charged at the Client’s relevant hourly rate. |
